If you are looking for trails with ocean views, Palos
Verdes Peninsula is the place in LA County. Choose challenging hillside trails through grasslands and coastal sage
scrub on the inland side or easy to moderate bluff top trails with beach access. A number of accessible tidepools
are found along the rocky shoreline. During winter and spring months you are likely to see migrating whales not far

George F Canyon Preserve Stein/Hale Nature Trail
3/4 mile trail up a canyon following along a running creek and
Willow-Riparian habitat. At the end trail loops around, returning back the same way, total 1.5 miles in and out.

Portuguese Bend Reserve
399 acre preserve, muli-use and hiking only trails, ocean views,
Catalina Island views, sits above Abalone Cove Ecological Reserve. Main trail winds down the reserve with many trails
looping off the main trail.

from Trump's National Golf Club to Shoreline Park (for about 1 mile down the coast from the golf course). Several
